IMG_0837.JPG I was looking for a correct speedo head for my '67 CJ5 that has the single digits. None of, the repro units has the correct appearance. This looks close but has the shift graphic on it and wondering if it's correct or what it's from. Thanks.

May fit but not like any CJ speedo I've ever seen. There was a thread for jeep speedo through the years. But I'm fairly sure it is not that one.

Yeah, I've never seen one like that. Is there a made-by or any other labeling on the back? I'm thinking import, Mahindra, Mitsubishi, something?

811562 is right for an early-Willys-era part number, like '50s... post-war. Somebody with really old books could look it up...

Willys-Overland Motors is a modern company, I think. Not a Jeep Corp. label in any of its incarnations.

I have the Jeep parts catalog that came out December 1970 (1195 R1) which covers back to 1955, and there are no speedometer clusters or other related parts with that part number. Even the earliest CJ5 6 volt King-Seeley unit has part number 910278, with the SW units being 913373 and 913374 (kilometer). I have no idea what #811562 is from, nor have I ever seen one like it. According to the parts manual, it is not for a CJ5/6 and CJ3B.
I might dig through some of my truck/wagon parts books to see if it shows up there.
