Will do Should I go ahead and pull the inspection cover to "check" anything in there or just put it back together?
Nitro 70 wt.
nothing really to see in there IMO
you wiggled the heads of the valves
very little movement you stated
put it back together and run the snot out of it
of course, there's always the poison pill
elder statesman here will know
not old enough?

Ah Ha!! STP Motor Honey?
The King Richard Petty?
DISCLAIMER: I wouldn't advise doing this, but.................I've seen it work
couple tablespoons of dutch cleanser down the carb with engine running
Bonami (sp) was just the brand of cleanser always used
rings not seating after rebuild, Bonami down the carb to the rescue
We used tranny fluid in the past.
yea, but this stuff is healthier, has more fibre
roughens up those cylinder walls in no time
Does it smell as good as ATF? R)
hmm, do they do that in the south.......smell the exhaust ???
we don't out here (grin)
ATF would make a smokescreen you could hide the Titanic behind
at least you know the engine bores will be Mr Clean with the above method
Well I dont huff or sniff myself. R)
Just seen the smoke screen more than once.
The shop next to ours got fined by the city for a false fire run. R)
Bonami is like pouring Ajax in the motor. I've heard of it being done never peronally tried it or know anyone that has done it but it would be either really good or really, really bad for the motor. Don't think in between results would happen, definately wouldn't do it twice on the same motor.
done yet Jason??
