    Does it have the reverse lights switch - I think that was only in 1967, but thought I would check.

    shipping is the killer....guessing its a good $200 to ship it, if the seller is even willing to deal with shipping/pallet/crate etc...

    Not that I favor shipping, but I would if it would help someone out.
    I recall selling a rear 71 44 axle for $100-$150 about 10 or more years ago on this site and used air freight. Back then it ran about $100 not so much now.

    I shipped my transmission to Knoxville Tn. using Fastenal, If I remember right, it cost $125.

    Forward Air got it to San Diego.
    Then I drove down to pick it up and back.

    There is a "chance" I could get this SM420 dropped off in Colorado Springs or Moab traveling from the east coast (RT70) this April.

    Greyhound is an option as well but I'm not sure about their weight limit.

    100lbs, I recently checked for shipping a t-case to Denver 80lbs (for my use). I recall the cost around $150.
    SM420 weighs in at 135lbs
