    Nice. ITLKSEZ would have made those out of an old Volvo quarter panel, some dowel rods, and a ball peen hammer. :)

    Or you could dispense with the die and just machine one out of aluminum if you only need one. But nice work Howard!

    Plastic and Steel are like the Oriental concept of Good & Evil- if they show up by mistake at the same social occasion they'll make severly polite, severely limited, conversation but it's pretty clear they rally don't get along together. :n:

    Thanks Mike, that means a lot coming from you. :) I machined it out of 6061 & heat treated it to, in theory, T6. I was thinking of you the whole time :D
