Finished the bumper and reciver hitch today. Made some Diamond Plate Trim so I could recess my new tail lights into it. Re/wire the tail lights with new cable up to the dash. Sure took a while to bend and mount the diamond plating. Was real scared when I cut out the holes for the lights not wanting to slip!! She sure looks alot better now dressed up some. Waiting on my lift kit and shocks so I can go to town and put on the new dual exsaust system. Can't wait to drive her now! Mark

I bolted the section in by the tail gate first and used that alum strap bolted over the Diamond plat to hold the edge flat. Then I used my body to start forming it around the curve. I then took a 2X6 with carpet padding to protect the shiny surface and C-Clamps to pull it in flush adjusting it as went into place. Then bolted it up and cut the edge by the tires with a scroll saw. Took a while but sure was cheaper then buying them pre/bent! They fit nice and tight around the corner to. I used 5/16" stainless steel bolts and washers. Mark

Install the 2.5 Lift Kit, shocks and shackles when they get here. Also deal with this brake line breaking issue that just happen!! Then time to play with it a while. Only owned it 1 1/2 weeks and time to 4X4 it a little. All work no play wears on ya! Mark
