Waiting on that money tree to sprout
Its worth more than my entire jeep.
$2300, & no internals or knuckles ?
What a bargain.
Not necessarily. Most '72's had a Dana 30 in them. Dana 44's didn't show up regularly until around late '74 or '75 in Scout 2's. Discs showed up on some of the late Dana 30's I believe as an option.
Yup, '80 or later Wagoneer was driver side carrier. Be careful of the cad system though. Stay away from the central axle disconnect that some years used.
The one I got is from an 86 Waggy...drivers side diff which will work perfectly with the BW 1356 tcase we have. There's no axle disconnect or anything weird like that. I'm using F150 spindles and hubs to convert to five lug. The width is very close to a stock Willys pickup front axle.
I yield to the gentleman from Oregon
What is the name of this salvage yard?
I was thinking the same thing.
Watson & Son in Pinetown. Its out in the middle of no-where, near Pantego, or about 15 miles from little Washington. Real nice folks, if you can find them! Their specialty is SJ/FSJ models. They do have a frame and a couple rims from a '47 CJ2a.
Thank you! But never fear. Someone will come along to prove me wrong lol
Separate names with a comma.
