Removing Steering Box

    What is the easiest way to remove a steering box? My 1961 cj5 has a 4 cylinder. I can see the 3 bolts that go through the frame and after removing steering wheel and dash clamp , what else is necessary?

    Steering wheel
    Steering column clamp
    pop drag link off of steering arm
    remove left fender (might be easier to remove LF wheel also)
    remove frame bolts for steering box
    pull steering box over frame and pull the column through from the outside of the frame rail
