Rebuilding Powr Lok, need parts.

I used to have a parts store saved in the “favorites” on my puter but now I can’t find it and I’m ready to rebuild the Powr Lok in my Dana 44 rear.
Anyone know of a site that sells parts for the Powr Lok? I’m just look’n for the clutch packs on either side but finding them has been the hard part.

 

i just rebuilt mine for my dana 44 rear. got the clutches from herm. $45 bucks.

Any Spicer dealer can get the clutch packs. Herm is a good guy to deal with. Also can try R&P at 503-557-8911. They normally stock them as well as other parts, new and used. Nickmil.

 

Heh, I’ll be damned. I’ve been searching Herm’s site and hadn’t seen anything ‘bout Powr Loks. Guess I’ll just give’im a call.

BTW, thanks for this link. I’ve got a Service Manual that describes the rebuilding process but the “Service Bulletin” on that site has a great explanation of just how a Powr Lok works.
