Ramesey pto question

    I was playin with the pto today (cleaning) and noticed the chain inside seems a bit sloppy anyone have input..........doesn't seem like it can be adjusted. I know they stretch over time.

    Can't help you Billy. Mine is a direct drive from the transfer case.

    I think the ones that drive both front and rear have a chain however.

    I have a Koenig PTO it has a #50 chain drive. I just replaced the chain and the bearings last summer. It didn't have any adjustment for the slack either. The case had a problem of retaining oil had to make anew gasket and use small orings on the bolts also- no leaks and no slop.
