original tool kit

    All,

    I have a '74 cj-5 and I would like to know if it came with any tools, such as a jack and a lug wrench, when it was new. If it did and anyone has an original tool kit Would you be willing to sell it, or post a few pics?

    Wow, it's been a while ... IIRC it came with enough tools to change a tire - a black stamped-steel scissors jack and a plain black iron L-shaped lug wrench. One end of the wrench fit over the lug nut, and the other end was wedge shaped to remove a hub cap. I think these both came in a plastic-lined burlap bag stored in the tool box.
