Rather than hijack the previous thread, I would like to know about the F134 position for (1) The pressure sender (the pressure switch that light the low light in the instrument cluster), and (2) where to attach the tubing for a separate oil pressure gauge. from the position of the pressure sender wire on the new wiring harness, I suspect that the pressure sender is on the passenger side of the engine. The location is either not in the FSM or just well hidden.

Stock location is on the driver's side at the back of the block.

And to hook 'em both up, you'd need a tee, as was suggested in the other thread for the dauntless.

Aha, this is where the pressure gauge was connected when I disassembled it. But I do not recall a "sender" for the instrument cluster...

I am a little curious about what the "tee" would look like and where I might find such a thing...

Well... it looks a little like this...

Essentially it threads into the engine, and either has female threads on the top of the T or you use some other parts to adapt your sender switch and pressure line into the same hole.

If you take the sender down to the best hardware store in town and gently explain that you want to "put two of these in the same hole with a Tee" they should be able to find you the right parts... I didn't tee mine when I put it in, I'm more interested in a reading than a light, and having driven volkswagens throughout my formative years, I watch my oil pressure like a hawk and get real nervous if all I have is a light, so I really don't need the light if I have the gauge.

Well, JZ, it can look like this one. I used this setup, minus the 45, to run my sender and gauge at the same time. One caution for sure on that is the clearance for your brake pedal. If you lose your brake fluid, and the pedal goes to the floor, you can effectively guillotine the small capillary line which feeds your gauge. BTDT. Just be sure you leave room for your pedal to get past the "plumbing", however you do it. You'll also need a short nipple to get into the block, but you'll figure all that out, I'm sure. This one still has the small capillary line fitting attached.....
