Does anyone have a desciption or picture of the wiring attachment for this switch? I'm replacing the one that was installed (not OEM style) and all the lights work, HOWEVER, when I turn the lights on the signals won't work. If just the first (parking) position is selected the signals and/ or hazards work just fine as well as the parking/ taillights... Can anyone offer suggestions?

Sounds like the turn signals/flasher are being powered from the "P" (park) terminal of the light switch instead of the ignition switch as shown here-

I'll need to relook at my Late CJ5 V6 schematic... Unfortunately, it's difficult to read (old) and not in color (old eyes!). Doesn't help that the Omix replacement switch connections are not labeled.

This one might be a bit easier to read, the directional circuit wiring will be the same for a 4 or a 6.

There's seems to be two types of light switches out there- one that shuts off the parking lights when the headlights are turned on, & one that leaves the parking lights on with the headlights on. Either way the flasher should not be wired to the light switch, it should get power from the ignition terminal of the ignition switch.

Thanks, Howard. The circuit breaker was easy to figure out and I just went thru a (logical) process of elimination for the rest. All is well with my lighting and signals...
