Well I have the bumper done except for the receiver hitch box on the bottom of it. It is mounted with 7 - 7/16" bolts into what the original Draw Bar was bolted to, except higher off the ground. The reciver box will weld to the bottom allmost flush of the 5" X 1/4" Channel and gusseted/bolted into the pintal hitch bolts from the rear of the frame. This should be a good and strong pulling point for the hitch. Mark

Thanks, The hard part is there is not one point on the back of a Jeep strong enought to pull from. So I had to get steel strong enought and attach it to many places in the frame and use angles up to the cross member not far from the bumper. Now the rear end will come off if the bumper does! Last gusset is in, used a section of frame steel off another truck bolted into the Pintal hitch holes on the back side. This way it ties to the top of the channel also with the rear frame in the middle and the reciver will be welded to a 6 inch deep area under the bumper so it can't twist up or down. Mark
