Wow. That really looks great. The finish really makes the old and new wood blend well!

Pulled the steering column last night. Still waiting for the power steering to come in but decided to rebuild the box while waiting. Worm gear and sector shaft looks pretty good. Pitman arm has slight wear, figuring oem with slight wear is better than aftermarket

Power steering unit coming on Saturday. The box is all rebuilt, figured its a good time to get carpet in the while column is out. Just got the padding glued down

I'm curious to see how you like the electric power steering.

Haven't driven it yet but it definitely works with just turning the key on

So that’s it? It just adds output force to the shaft in the direction it’s spinning?

John: Can you detail the power steering setup for us? I'm intrigued.

    Check out this link
    EPAS Performance

You basically cut around 10" out of your steering column and weld this in. Power steering by just turning on the key. Dont have to start the truck. Pretty cool

Took her for a nice ride yesterday. Ran great. Had an issue with the brakes hanging but it was a simple fix. The MC rod was adjusted to far out

    Be careful.
A truck that sharp requires a first aid kit.
