I noticed the old Cj getting a little louder over the last month or so. I crawled under it tonite after I got home from the model field and found a couple holes in the pipe from the Y pipe back to the muffler. Also found the end of the muffler is just about shot. I want to replace these two with stock components if possible. Anyone bought any exaust parts lately? I know there getting hard to find. I did a search and there wasn't much in the archives.Mike

My best guess would be to take it to a muffler shop, see if they can fab something similar... you might try a few different shops, compare results.
    Good Luck Mike!

Well the Kaiser Gods were looking over me today. I found a muffler and tailpipe from Kaiserwillys parts co for $84 and $13. Went to the local muffler shop and low and behold he had an NOS Y pipe in stock, $10!!! He also had a computer card to bend an intermediate pipe $25. Looks like I will have a new exaust system from the manifolds back for under $130. I feel the need to celebrate. Mike

$130 for a complete exhaust is a good price. Congratulations.

Thats a great price. I paid about the same to have about 70% of SSDutch's exhuast redone, less a muffler.
