Mystery Transmisson Synchronizer

    A friend of mine was having trouble with his T90 transmission, it was jumping out of gear. He went to replace the synchronizer brass rings and the ones he ordered would not fit. So he had to order a synchronizer assembly. Is this synchronizer out of a later model transmission like a CJ5, or Commando? I have never seen one quite like this, does anyone have any ideas?

    Most likely aftermarket. I’ve seen that style of replacement in several different types of transmissions. Superior design imho.
