I'm planning on using Herculiner for the tub on my new trailer (currently Bantam - near future M416R) ). I have an unopened quart at home from when I did the tub on my CJ. Would another quart be sufficient (so 2 quarts total)? I'm planning on the inside of the tub and rails.

Also, how many quarts (or a gallon) do you think I will need of POR15 to do the frame, axles and bottom of the tub?

    Thanks!!

Not sure about the Herculiner, but a quart of POR-15 goes a long way. There is no way you would need more than two quarts of POR-15 to do the whole trailer. I'd say if you're only doing the frame and underside of the tub, you might be able to do it with one quart, as long as you don't spill a bunch in the process. If you plan to put on two coats, I'd go with 2 quarts of POR just to be safe.
