High Steer installed

    Since MY screw up I could only use one of the arms, and I ahve to keep the tie rod below the springs. other than that Myers Machine Shop did a WONDERFUL job... but heres where the new darglink sits...

    What size bolts hold the arm on? Seems like a lot of extra leverage (sheer load) on the bolts. Awesome machine work.

    Thats a D30 from a 72 Wagoneer... same knuckles as the d27

    Those are 3/8's grade 8 bolts.... with tappered sleeves.. gonna see if it pulls the threads.. sicne its street only... if ti does, ill stud it....

    its also running 1ton chevy rod ends.
