Yeah.. Same Jeep.
I followed that build last year......that aftermarket D-60 crate axle is 68.750" WMS both F/R..........and done that way to utilize the JK suspension which takes up considerable space at least in the front..........but in reality due too the JK body being considerably wider than a CJ it does look a little out of place.......but from what I've seen it wheels quite well.
I'm doing mine at 61" WMS just to make that adjustment on body width.
Tarry, what axles are you planning on using? Iirc, your rear was a custom 9", right?
I've got 9 inch Ford at both ends with 1.5 ton spindles in the front on 40 spline axles...
I so can't wait to see that complete

I looked at this jeep from a craigslist add and passed on it it was in a grove with rat crap up to the doors ...it was pretty gross .Christian gave me a 6 tub and frame .and everything was all good .looks like a awesome rig now ....
I am not sure why, but I kind of like the one eyeball buggin out look. Definitely form follows function there. Very nice rig.
I don't care much for the chopped windshield frame. If the cage was level across the top it would look better... Also the headlights are killing my OCD
Nah, that one bug-eyed headlight makes it look like its got lock jaw since it didn't get shot to protect itself from all that patina. I like it, but kinda like the Willys truck a little better.
Sweet ride, I like it. Love the patina, adds character.
I love that headlight...I have one just like it
Perlux Fog light.........used allot of those on trucks for years.....Valley Fog , between the Bay Area & Shaky City.......quite honestly never seemed to work that well.
