Rare in the USA! I've only seen two of these in my lifetime. They are funky, and so similar to the Land Rovers of the same period. These things had independant suspension at all 4 corners, making them better on rough roads and off road than the Land Rovers. I've never seen one this early. I'm used to them being late '50s - early'60s. This almost pre-dates the Land Rover.
