Front Wheel Brake Cylinder Removal

Replacing them but cant seem to get a wrench or a socket on them do I have to take off my hub the one with the huge nut, and would I need a puller
Its on a 68 cj5 with 10"drum brakes

No puller needed on front hub. It has to come off because the wheel cylinders come out and go back in from the inside.

 

I've replace mine on front several times . the S lines are the hard part
and the last set I got ( wheel cylinders) the ports were backwards . didn't matter . left or right
I think I used a 7/16 wrench with the outside end of box end ground down to fit
the front hubs that's up to you . didn't remove them to do mine
most auto stores sell the 4WD nut socket . you need one anyway

 

When I replaced mine I used a line wrench. One of them was on tight. Ended up using penetrating oil, over the coarse of a few days.

next ? is the steering knuckle, its a 68 cj5 and has 4 bolts on top and i think 4 on the bottom of the knuckle, are these filled with oil
