So here's one of my rotor/hub assy's I recently purchased as a pair (50.00 for both). I cleaned it up and took measurements and this is what I have:
top number is min thickness: 1.12, bottom number actual thickness 1.097, a difference of .023. I know they won't turn a brake past it's min. Is it good enough to use? Or just buy a new rotor. The other rotor/hub assy has plenty material.

Replace. Brakes are not a place to skimp. Plus liability is huge, even on your own vehicles.
