I've got a Buick(Dauntless) 225 and I'm looking into getting the FlowKooler water pump to help keep it cool. Looking at getting this one from TA Performance http://taperformance.com/proddetail.asp?prod=TA_1536BHP . I know its not for the 225 but it should be long enough for the power steering upgrade I'll be adding onto the Jeep. Would that be the correct pump for the extra pulley for the power steering? Thanks

I think you may be asking for alignment issues. The long nose pumps (231 or 350) usually have a different crank pulley as well.

I am currently using a flowkooler pump on my 225 and it works just fine with my power steering pump. I just checked the Flowkooer site and they list a direct fit pump for the 225 v-6 for $105.00. I have been using mine for about four years and it has been trouble free, and does keep the motor running cooler.
