    I'd get a slightly longer shackle since you have a mild lift. Consider how a leaf spring works. Without any shackle the spring really wont flex. To compress one end must have room to grow. With a lift you are expecting it to flex more, therefore it needs more room to grow. A stock length shackle will limit how far your springs can flatten out. I also like the H shaped shackles rather than flat plates. And if your springs have a wrapped eye then the first thing to do is verify the horizontal part of the H has clearance for the "military wrap".
