diesel flattie?

    were there ever any flatties that came with diesels from the factory? there is one for sale locally that has an isuzu diesel in it. it does not look like a Mahindra jeep, from what i can tell.

    No, L-head or F-head from Toledo.

    Only factory diesel in a Universal was the Perkins.

    A Cerlist was used in military FCs.

    Mitsubishi did the J54 and 53 I think they were all diesels 2.7 turbo & n/a motors.

    Pics don't look like a J54 or J53 to me.
