Did ‘55 Come With The 60/40ish Front Seat

    I’m curious if the 55’s came with these seats or if someone added them at a later date. Thoughts?

    My 55 CJ3B (actually built in 54) had a 60/40 seat in it when I got it.

    That’s promising. I assume my seats are original. If I knew how to add photos I would post one but I can’t figure it out.

    I know they were available in '56, and likely they were available from the beginning of the CJ5 model. The originals were fixed mounts that used 3 bolt positions (if I recall) for adjustment.
