Dauntless/231 Oil Pan Bolts

    Anybody know the size/length/thread count for these? Need to take some with me when I go pick up my motor?

    Locking washers?

    fsm; calls for 5/16 18 tpi x 5/8". star washers are used- torque 10-15 ftlbs

    Went down to see the guy yesterday. Exhaust manifolds had been sandblasted, still need air tube removed. Heads were on and up to torque, rockers assemblies were in, intake manifold is blasted, timing cover had been sandblasted, minor repairs on sealing surfaces were needed and the oil pump kit provided was wrong. :evil: Oil pick-up was installed. Sure wish I had a windage tray. :twisted: Probably going to get it tomorrow.
