Looking for a Dana 18 front yoke for the V-6. It's the small yoke that uses the Spicer 5248x ujoint.

Do Large and Small index D 18 use the same front yoke? I bought a donor D 18 single stick for parts, I think I may have one for you? I will have to go to my storage unit and look if you don't get one. I got Doctor stuff today. Get back with you soon.

I don’t have the one you need, but if you need the conjoining yoke on the driveshaft, I’ve had one in my desk drawer for 25 years for god-knows-why.:)

Like you, I rebuilt a Dana 30 front end. I'm trying to save the Tom Woods drive shaft I had built, so I'm going to use the yoke off of the Dana 18 to swap onto the new Dana 30 so I can reuse my currant drive shaft.

I’m not sure I understand what you’re planning, but as far as I know, the D30 yoke is 27 spline and the D18 output is 10 spline. The yokes won’t interchange.

    Thank you.
I did more research and you are right, the Dana 30 is 27 spline and wont match the Dana 18 yoke. I need to go another route, going to contact Tom Woods and see if I can just have axle end switched out for right yoke end.

When I put the D30 under my Jeep with a V6. I just took the front drive shaft out, with a correct measurement, took it to a drive shaft shop. Had them put the correct yoke to match the yoke on the D30 and it was done
