Well it seems i am doing everything right. i was talknig to Eric from Novak for a while this afternoon troubleshooting the whole thing. Well the hydro setup is fine, he even measrued the buick clutch fork and compared it to other forks he had adn the buick fork was the most "aggressive" in terms of throw. Even he was stumpted at what to do. i did mention the clutch disc and the was buick flywheels are recessed compared to a Ford flywheel. He even mentioend he had to machine a clutch disc shoulder to fit one time. so hopefully i can get the mustang disc to work tomorrow.

You'll notice that the people who got the Centerforce to work for them were not using the T18 . Thats the difference. T86 tranny takes a GM disk.

Posi, I am running a Centerforce I pressure plate and disc, with a Jeep T18-B modified with a swapped- in Ford 6.5" input.
So it can be done with a T18... I gave Dan all of my part numbers. Unfortunately, I can't provide installation details because I had a local shop do the install for me 10 yrs ago.

Good luck Dan, you can do it!! :D
    Keep us posted...

Glad to hear you made it work. I tried everything I could think of. Adjustable pivot ball, different TO bearing and I couldn't get that SOB to release. It may be that Centerforce changed something with their disk in the last ten years. All I know is that it should have worked, but it didn't.
