so Im process of swapping in 350tbi motor in my '53 3A. the PO had a 307 in it and its days were done, and I got tired of walking around the 350 that I had from another project. so it had/has a chevy v8, a GM adapter ring and a round bellhousing (transdapt) to a T90J. Im swapping in a homebrew cable/chain clutch lnkage like Novaks. I see that the setup is not stock and the throwout fork has a ratio of 1.67:1 (5.5" from the cable connection to the pivot point - 3.25" from the pivot point to the center of the release bearing. in order to make the geometry work as close to stock as I can make it, I need to know the dimensions of the original setup. I know that its 2.41:1, but I would like to know the dimensions. anybody got one out that they can measure for me?? please!

Not much response. Is the throwout arm a GM or Jeep item? With a replacement bell, it could be either and I have never messed with a TransDapt housing-always used the spacer adapters and a GM bell. A pic would certainly help.
