Flattie with a Studebaker engine
Last chance yard sale
I wonder if you can thread the Ubolts out from under the truss? No pics of the engine..Might be a good deal?
Why would you truss it from the top ?
To keep gravity in check ?
It's that entrepreneurial spirit we hear so much about -- mobile jungle-gym for owner's kids. Or maybe it's just an opti-cally illusion-ation.
It looks as though there might be just enough clearance inboard on the lower truss to "horseshoe" that bolt. Otherwise -- sucks to be somebody.
Seen a few Studebaker swaps... ( Engine swap - Studebaker Drivers Club Forum )
I have seen some people say that its jeep thing and i wouldn't understand and if I see that jeep upside down, turn it over or some other cheeky slogan, so maybe upside down gravity that I don't understand??.. a truss on the bottom would reduce ground clearance and if you triangulate maybe it will stop the tubes from bending if you're doing your best "Dukes of Hazzard" impersonation?
HA, maybe its to counteract the jeep lean?
Separate names with a comma.
