Chev SB swap parts list

    is there a list or post someone knows of so I can get a list up of what I need. I want to swap in a rebuilt 305 I have w/2b carb that runs awesome. I would rebuild whats in it but it was swapped from the original 304 to a 258 back in the 70s and this engine is def on its way out. I would like to retain the tranny and trans case if at all possible but I can go auto if I know what to get. thx

    If you have the stock T-15, I think your best alternative is an adapter from Novak (see above) or Advance Adapters.

    Use a GM TH350 if you want an automatic. You'll need an adapter kit with this option too.

    There's no junkyard solution for this swap AFAIK. Probably cheaper in the long run to get another AMC engine, either another 258 or a 304/360 V8. Used 258s are inexpensive and plentiful.
