Has anyone used an Aussie locker in there application either front or rear and what do you think? I am thinking of rear application on a dana 44 and possibility of the same up front on a narrowed 44.

Joe Klosterman (project 71-5) has one in his front dana 30, it seemed to work great at Tellico in may, this is what I'm putting in my dana 30 in a few more weeks.

FYI the guy that started the Aussie also started the lock right. Its an updated lock right in a sense.
Very nice guys and very helpful.
I emailed with them a few times and then got a screamen deal on a quick lok.
    But i would recomend them.

    locker

I have a lockrights in both my D25, D44 10 spline axles. 8) Have had only one problem with the D25-broke the old style axle(bendix I think), and have since converted to conventional ujoint type axles. It is a lot harder to steer(ol' ROSS box) while wheelin. I removed the interlock plug in my D18 so I could shift into 2LO while wheelin, that helped out on the steering. I say go for the lockright if Aussie doesn't make a 10 spline. ;) As for noise, the wonderful Fhead :hurrican: whine drowns out the locker on turns.

Like Mcruff said, I have one in the front D30. It works great and I have yet to hear one pop out of it. I can feel it torquing back and forth but get no pops out of it :) It did take a little over 1.5 months to get it back in November, but this was due to the overwhelming response to the introduction of the product and not having enough manufacturing support. I have heard that these problems have been fixed.
