I’d post picks, but unfortunately the Jeep is a couple hours away. I believe the manifold mounted on the passenger side is the correct rear dump. The drivers side has been changed to a rear dump as well because of the Saginaw steering swap.

In a box of Spain parts, is what I believe is the correct front exit exhaust manifold for the drivers side.

I’m interested in switching back to the original setup.

Are the left and right side manifolds the same? Would anyone have a pictures and be able to tell me which manifold is left vs right?

I tried searching and saw many photos, but I wasn’t able to find one that labeled right from left.

If you got the Saginaw steering swap, they did the rear dump for that reason. Front dump may not work with the steering.

Thanks Steve, I’m re-doing the Saginaw system and want to go back to original manifolds with the “high mount” power steering pump bracket.

The reason for the change is I’d like to add Novak’s Hydrolic clothe kit, but the current rear dump exhausts is in the way.

I think the only real difference is the passenger side is supposed to have the tube running thru it for choke and the spring loaded flapper at the outlet to let warm exhaust go across the intake to warm the carb at first startup

Ok, that makes sense. The manifold that has that pipe through it is the one I found in a box. Question g that the passenger one should be turned around and mounted on the drivers side? Thanks for your help
