    Hello all,

I was starting to put everything back together with new parts etc for my Dana 25 (i know you Dana 25 haters out there....long story)...but when i finally grabbed the new cylinders i noticed that they are opposite than what i had on there. The PO did upgrade to 11" drums so i am not sure if the PO reversed the cylinders during that process or what? The specs show the cylinder brake line input should angle forward per the new part but the previous was angled back.

Which is accurate? I assume the autoparts store so forward?

    Thanks

Thanks. Mine doesnt look exactly like that as the PO did so much piecemeal. On one side (Drivers) i have the channel that gets bolted on with the top king pin bearing block that protects the brake line. The other side doesn't have it so there is only the small bracket on the axle. So i guess on that sidne i will just get a rubber brake line from the cylinder to the axle mount where it transitions to metal lines. Yeah, its a Frankie!

On my 11"/ 25 upgrade I installed them with the ports towards the back because that's how the 9" were. I don't think it really matters any.
