I am trying to sell my MB to pay for the repairs I want on my new old Jeep (1971 CJ5). Am I pricing this too high? I would appreciate opinions.

You are right in the ballpark. It is easy to lower the price but you can't really raise it once it is posted. Might want to take some of the negatives out of the add and let someone analyze the paint and rust for themselves. What is a lot of rust to you might be nothing to someone from Michigan. If you can't get a lot of interest locally, you might want to try Ebay. The bigger the audience, the better.

I'd say the price is fair but, IMO, this is very far away from being a "survivor" as there is not much left of the original WWII jeep to make it appealing to a WWII collector. Nothing wrong with that. I think 4500 is a good price for a running titled Willys with what appears to be a pretty decent body.

Are you not getting any interest so far?
