Yea it’s a good thing I get along with my neighbor, and that he’s a bit of a gear head himself.

The Guy directly across the street is a former Chrysler mechanic and a Harley Guy. So he's cool but i'm not sure what the librarians to the north think. Fortunately we all leave about the same time.

I'm running stock manifolds into 2.5" pipe, individual all the way back to a set of glass packs. Snaked them around the transfer case and kept 80% of the piping above the bottom of the frame rails. I probably should have built an H-pipe, but it runs great and sounds awesome. Actually quieter than I expected.

I will try to find video later.

Ok so a pair of 40 series mufflers will be the ticket, being a CJ6 I get a little extra length between the header and muffler/exit. Next question is what size pipe to use. The collector piece (ball type) on the Hedman headers is 2.25", trying to get that size over here is difficult so was thinking of going up to 2.5" pipe and mufflers. What do you guys think. I can graft the ball socket onto a 2.5" pipe without too much hassle.

    2.5" will be perfect.
