Some of you have heard me talk about the work my neighbor and I did in May to rebuild his jeep from the frame up. I got the pics from him, and threw them on a page on my site for folks to look at. I will try to go through and point out some of the things we did and link them to pics after my vacation ends the 19th of August.

In the mean time - Link to pics http://warloch.com/Brandons 68 Build.htm

The only things left from his original setup Front fenders, hood (I think), motor, tranny, tcase, shocks, seats and the back portion of the cage. We went with 5.38s, 11" Drums, Manual Saginaw, adjustable shock mounts, Rancho springs, skid spring plates, Ididit Column, custom front bumper, rear (not finished yet - needs a rack), new wiring (EzWire), all new plumbing, brakes, fuel all...

    You get the idea.

He was not sure if he wanted to run the shock in front or behind the axle for stearing clearance. Also thinking that he may want a D30 in the future. So I fabbed up a shock mount (Long Hoop with strap on the side for shock pins/bolt) that allowed him to just pull the bolt on top, nut on bottom and swap shock position as the Ubolt Skids we put on were double pin setups.
