emergency brake

    The pic is kind of small iam trying to see where it comes out is there a bracket holding the end of the e-brake itself ? thanx for the pic :v6::flag::D

    this may be better, it is a thumbnail so you can see the pic with more detail just click it as a link otherwise it is an obnoxiously huge image that takes forever to load if it is not what you need

    from what i see and recall from replacing the cable a few years age the ratchet handle assembly has one screw holding it to the dash, the assembly is long enough to go in front of the firewall within the grommet where a clip holds the outer cable sheath to the ratchet assembly the inner cable has a lead ball on the end that fixes it to the handle (i replaced the cable w/ a stainless aircraft cable and used a locking collar that i ground into a sphere to replace the lead sphere)
