I read the ad before looking at any pics. It's a book.

Reads like the seller knows something about jeeps and is probably a member here.

    That’s nice!

I’ll bet his first reply will be some guy asking, “Can you tell me a little about it?”

That looks like a very nice well-sorted Jeep. It will be interesting to see what money it brings.

That ad reads like a text book introduction for 71 cj5 training class.

I feel bad now that my 70 and 71's are stock. Well minus the 225 with dual exhaust.

Probably in the spring after our annual club event. I may even put a sign on it there.
After the last run I am just getting too old for it. I have a very rare auto immune disease and it affects my joints. Shifting and getting beat up affects me for at least a week after. This is not an easy decision, I have owned my Jeep for almost 25 years and did all of the modifications myself. It is purpose built and just "works". I am amazed at how well it wheels every time I take it out. It has been a great hobby but it sits for most of the year. I think it has only been out for a total of 7 days so far this year.
I'll get something newer down the road and I realize it will take a while to sell.
The big question is how much to ask!

Posi is very happy with his LJ. Thinking LJ or YJ myself although the LJ's are not cheap. Why mine instead of yours? Seems very capable!

And we all know you have to find the "right" buyer for one of these old CJ's. I know it will take a long time to sell.
