The radiator in my 59 is leaking and not even the correct one.
My question is can i get a replacement or is there another application that will work. If so any and all insight is welcome

I have a very similar looking radiator in my Jeep. Installed by prior owner. What I have noticed is that, while it does fit, the cut out on the bottom (which is presumably for diff clearance) is centered on the radiator, whereas the diff is offset on the axle. So they don’t line up.

in my case, the PO also installed a 2.5” lift, so it looks like I have enough clearance even without the diff lining up with the cutout. But it still concerns me.

Please be advised that this radiator does NOT fit our early Cj5’s!
Just look at the description. 46 to 64. There were at least 3 different style radiators in that age range.
I know because I ordered it, it did not fit and it took weeks and several demands before I got my refund back.
Please look for the aluminum radiators that fit in the 55 to 71 range.

The dimensions of the core are almost identical to the stock radiator I took out. I didn't take pics while working on it but will try to get some of it in the jeep this evening or tomorrow. Basically, I had to mount it lower than how it was intended. I elected to move the mounting holes on the radiator rather than drill more holes in the jeep. Then I reworked the shroud so it would mount to the radiator and still be centered on the fan.

This radiator also has outlets for a trans cooler but I just plugged them. The inlet and outlet are in different places so you will need different hoses also.

Here is another. It shows how far I had to lower the radiator (raise the mounting hole) and mount the shroud. Hope these help. If you want any specific pics, pm me your email and I will try to send them as attachments.

I'll try to get a measurement for you tomorrow. I didn't have any real plans....just made it up as I went along. Lots of trial fitting. It does need to be lowered or the radiator cap won't let you close the hood. I also had to build in an offset to set it back from the grill a bit. The old radiator had the offset already built into the mounting flanges.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like I had to lower the radiator 7/8 inch or maybe a full 1 inch. Not much. Just enough to be a PITA. If you don't mind drilling new holes in your CJ, that would be the easier route to take. I don't see a fan shroud in your pic so that will make it even easier. I had to weld some extensions to the mounting flanges on top so I would have metal to drill the holes in the right places. For the 2 on the bottom, the new location was too close to an existing hole to drill so I welded a strip of metal over them and filled them smooth with weld. Then ground them flat and drilled the hole where it needed to be.
