Motive Products Power Bleeder

    Has anyone used one of these? I'm sick of trying to bleed the 11" brakes via the two person method. Even with speed bleeders installed I'm finding I can't get a firm pedal. And I did start by bench bleeding the MC.

    Eastwood had them on sale and I even found a coupon on-line for free shipping so I figure I'll give it a try.

    I don't know what a speed bleeder or a power bleeder is but have great luck with just a cheapo hand operated vac pump @ ea wheel cyl. Especially nice in the summer when the concrete is cool :)

    I've had good luck using my vacuum pump (I think it's called a mity vac?). You don't need two people.

    I went ahead and bought the motive power bleeder for working on the Porsche clutch system on the advice of members on another forum. Worked very well for that but I don't know if you would have room to put it on the frame mounted MC of the Jeep.

    That was a concern, but I figure if the adapter doesn't fit, I can probably make one easy enough. It shipped today, so I may fiddle around and make the adapter before it arrives.

    Will do. I purchased the 0105 model, since I have Herm's Dual MC kit on the Jeep.
