T-14 question

    I just topped off my tranny with gear oil, it took about 1 qt, then I went to top off my transfer case as soon as I pulled the filler plug oil gushed out it seem that the tranny oil fed into the transfer case, is that possible? do I have a seal between the tranny and transfer case leaking?

    that's normal. not a problem. there is no seal between the two.

    i had this happen on my '75 also.
    i do remember that there is supposed
    to be something to stop this from
    happening, at least this was so
    on the wwii jeeps i restored!
