4wheel drive makes a bolt on kit for 76 and after cj's to convert to YJ springs. What is the difference between 72 and 76? Can I make the kit work?

I'm guessing you would need to weld on new wider spring hangers and such. Your springs are 1.75 inches wide.

Already need to do that for the '76 for YJ springs.

So, the question is. What is different about the frame where the spring and shackle hangers go, I'm guessing.

True, but this kit says no welding, just bolt it up. Interesting... I probably should call 4wheel drive but I'm too lazy to pick up a phone haha
