    HI,

I own a 1968 CJ5 manufactured in Israel ( Where I live). What is the best site on the web for ordering parts for CJ's? I need many parts and hardly any are available here in Israel. I visit the states every 2 or 3 years, does anyone know of a good place for buying parts in Carmel california area? or in New York?

jonact: First of all, welcome from Havasu, Arizona.

Check out the "Buyer Comments" forum. Lots of places to get good parts at reasonable prices (well shipping  ) on there. Too many to mention here.

Stick aorund and post your needs. I'm sure that we can hook up up.

BTW, fill out your profile and post any pics! We like PICS! :)

Herm the Overdrive guy ships overseas from the US. www.hermtheoverdriveguy.com he will, if asked, ship more than just overdrives and tranny stuff.

Anyone have any good luck with Willys Works in Tucson, AZ? I've been in their shop once, they had some really neat little parts laying around that might be neat to have, but I have no idea if they really know what they are doing, or are decent guys to deal with. Only thing we've bought from them was a rear deck on Jeepster Roadster, used. nothing really extreme either way on that.

I had good luck with a Willys Works alternator conversion bracket for my F-head. Bolted right in and fit well, was expensive though.
