F134 Valve Seals

    Hi, how hard is it to replace the valve seals on the F134?
    After adding some oil I getting gray blueish smoke when start driving after engine is warm and idle and it pass after 30-40 seconds..
    I believe its the seals, i also saw once that some manage to put umbrella seals instead of the o rings.
