Wow that's a big radiator! But other than the hood, radiator and plywood top, it could be a decent jeep.

 

Oh and it needs the front fenders downsized a bit.

I'm confused by the shifters... is high / low missing or 4wd?

 

They're all there. 4wd is just hiding in the pics. Looks like the shifter is abnormally short as well.

 

Look closely at picture 8, there's 4 shifters
