I used a modded a propane tank to pressurize my engine and oil pump before using the drill on the pump drive.
Air over oil at about 25 PSI and could put in just a little over a quart at a time.

A simple pump up garden sprayer works quite well.

James I spoke with Wilwood about this very thing. They said to heat the reservoir somehow to soften it up. Tighten it down and that should seal it.

I bet a heat gun or hot hair dryer would help.

Finally completed my Wilwood Master Cylinder upgrade. I am working with the R&P front and rear disc brake kit on my 1971 cj5. Chevy 1/2 ton front calipers and chevy S10 rear calipers. All new brake lines and same as original. So I went with the Wilwood 260-7563 MC with 1" bore disc/disc. I also added the 2lb residual pressure valves just outside the master cylinder. Bled master cylinder and brakes. Took it for a test drive. Jeep stops the way it should. No spongy pedal. Good firm pedal. The only thing I noticed is the pedal goes down about 4" then gets firm. Still have about 4" before the pedal would hit the floor. The pedal stops right about even with the gas pedal. I can get more pedal if I go to an 1 1/8" master cylinder bore. For know it is just fine. Thanks for all your help.

    PS no leaks
