Can You Identify This Spare Tire Carrier?

    I have a Levies edition 7 parts jeep. No title so I'm not doing anything with it other than parts. I think it is an 84. Anyway, I finally started messing with it. It has this spare tire carrier on it.

    Any idea where it is from? kayline? It does not look homemade, exactly. But the way it mounts to the tub is a little hokey for me to believe it is factory. I'd say it was adapted from a different application.

    And the tailgate was surprisingly solid. Other than the one hole you can see, and a little surface rust, it seems fairly solid. The tub? Not so lucky!

    That’s a Jeep accessory carrier had the same one on installed on my ‘78
