I am getting my fenders squared away on my Franken Jeep. These fenders are M38 flavor.
On top i know the holes for the hood clasps are there, but there just seems to be random holes, but they look to be purposeful. I know the driver fender should have a blacklight bracket but i am not sure which holes are for that. And what holes did the previous owner decide to go buck wild with a drill. holes1.jpeg

The three triangular shaped ones near the outside edge of the drivers side (5/16") are for the blackout light. The two in line half way back on the fender are for the clamps for the blackout light wiring. So all the holes in the drivers fender are correct except for the three small holes near the one bigger one for the blackout light.

I think all the holes on the rear of the passenger fender are correct, they are for the snorkel and jump start plug. The three small holes in the front are not correct.

I hope you put a blackout light back on. So much fun to drive around with at night.

The cut off bolts on the passenger fender were studs for the battery box supports.

Probably had fender mounted turn signals at some point and whoever installed them wasn't overly precise on the left fender.
